Game Speed Notes... is a page where I will make some notes as one of the games that I have selected is in Game Speed play. Usually a Prime Time game such as SNF or MNF. It could also be one of the highlighted earlier games that I am playing. GSN is also where I would possibly post my plays while the games are in play. Cardinals +7 WIN!!

NFL Plays 4U will take the Cardinals with the 7 pts!!

I like the Cardinals. They are explosive with the scores. 7 points is hard to not take. They might just win this game. No GSNotes for this one. I will go and kick back with friends and watch the SB. My season is over too. Good year. Finished off the season with a 93 & 64 record. Not bad. I have done better. We will take it and look forward to next year. Ravens / Steelers OVER 34 WIN!!

NFL Plays 4U will play the OVER 34 in this game. The playing field is in good shape and there will not be big yards in the run game. The pass will be in play and will score enough points to cover. Yeah, I know, lots of tough defense. But the field condition is not the sloppy mess that Hines field usually is. We will go with the OVER 34!!

Nice game. The Steelers win this one and will go to the SUPER BOWL!!

NFL Plays 4U has won the second play of the day with the OVER 34 with a total game score of 37! We got it! Nice day.

Sunday January 18, 2009. NFC Championship Game

Cardinals +4 WIN!!

NFL Plays 4U will take the points with the Cardinals. Are you kidding me. The Cardinals at home with points? I will play it. Cardinals +4!!

Sure enough the Cardinals come out with smoking guns and take a 24 to 6 lead into half time. That #11 guy is just too much to handle. Larry Fitzgerald is a great receiver and he is fired up to win this game.

WOW...just when you might think that the Cards have enough to win the Eagles come back big and take a 25 to 24 lead. They got the Cards on the ropes and are looking to win this game. What a game. The over was won if you played that. I like the points. We still have the cover. I expect the Cards to come back strong. No reason to believe that the won't. We'll see. More later...

Cardinals win this game. What a performance by Kurt Warner to rally his team and score the final points. He works his team all the way down to for a TD and a 2 pt score to go up by 7. Eagles could not convert a 4th & 10 and the Cards win big and will go to the SUPER BOWL!!

NFL Plays 4U will win it's first game for today's championship playoffs. Cardinals +4 WIN!! Cardinals 32 / Eagles 25.

NFL Plays 4U split today's games. Who would of thought that the Titans would lose at home? But then again, same could be said for the Panthers. I am not able to watch tonight's game. I just want to post my plays. No notes tonight. Getting ready for Christmas and hanging out with family and friends this week. WK 16. SNF. Panthers @ The Giants. OVER 37 WIN!!

We hit another total tonight. NFL Plays 4U had the OVER 37 in tonight's game. 5 minutes into the 4th qtr and we have a total of 48 pts. We will call this a WIN and leave these note until MNF. Buy MNF and get all of Wk 17 selections. Merry Christmas! Gary, NFL Plays 4U.

Wk 16. Game in play...Chargers @ The Bucs...OVER 42.5

NFL Plays 4U will play the OVER 42.5 in this matchup. WIN!!

Chargers are on the road to finish off their season. They need to win this game to have a shot at the playoffs. Bucs will play them tough and be forced to keep the scoring going. Chargers will score! More later...

At the half the score is 20 -10 Chargers. We got 30 points towards our OVER 42.5 play. We are looking good in this spot. Chargers are on fire and keeping the Bucs on their heels. Garcia is working just as hard and has had a few drops that could have scored more pts b4 the half. Look for the OVER 42.5 to happen. 2 TD's will get it done. More later...

Bucs come back and do score 2 TD's and we have our cover. We will WIN the OVER 42.5 with 5 minutes left in the 3rd qtr. We are done with the notes in this game. We will take the WIN with 44 total pts scored at this point of the game. WINN!!

Wk 16. Game in play...Steelers @ The Titans...OVER 34 WIN!!

I am not watching this game. I will not do any notes. I will tell you that my clients are playing the OVER 34 on this game. It's 5 minutes left in the 3rd qtr and we have 31 total pts so far. Looks good. More later...

Wk 16. Saturday Night Football. GSNotes in Play...

Ravens @ The Cowboys...Cowboys -4 LOSS!!

Cowboys D was on fire last week against the Giants. I like their play then and I will play the Cowboys -4 in tonight's game. Cowboys at home fighting for their playoff berth should be enough to cover. Ravens will be tough and want that playoff spot too. But Cowboys at home will get it done. Lets see how the game sets up. More later...

Sure enough, the Cowboys D comes out and creates a defensive fumble on the rookie QB Flacko. Cowboys work a couple of plays and score a TD from inside the redzone. Quick score is huge for us. More later...

My notes will continue later on tonight. Time to TIVO the game and go and be with some family and friends for a bit of Christmas cheer. I will catch up with this game after I watch the rest of the game. TIVO is great!

Just got back from holiday cheer. Caught the score on the the way back. We took a loss on this one. I will leave it at that. No need to analyze it. Lets get going on Sunday FB. Cowboys -4...LOSS!

Wk 16. Thursday Night Football!! Colts @ The Jaguars

Colts -6 & OVER 43 WIN! & WIN!

NFL Plays 4U will play 2 sides in this game. I like the Colts -6 and the OVER 43. Colts must win to stay alive for a playoff berth. Jaguars will play tough just because it's the Colts. Jags will be forced to score points instead of sitting on a slow game. Colts and Manning will keep the pressure up for the Jags to keep up with the scoring. Lets see how this game sets up. More later...

Sure enough, we do have a competitive game going on here. Jags came out and scored the first 14 pts. That is good. Colts fire back with 7 pts. They almost were able to tie up the game but had to try a FG to finish the drive, but they hooked the kick and missed the FG. Jags get the ball back with 1 minute left in the half and they work it down the field to tack on 3 pts with a FG. 17 - 7 at the half. More later...

4 minutes into the 2nd half and the Colts fire back with 7 pts. Our Over play looks good. Could be tough to get a 6 point lead. We will see. More later...

We got the OVER 43 taken care of. Now we need the -6 to happen. Colts have tied the game up at 24 - 24 with 6 minutes left in the game. Unless we get a defensive score we probably will not get the side. FG will set up the win for either team with no time left. That is the way it goes sometimes. We will split this one. WAIT!!And just as I write this note the Colts pick up a FREAK PLAY defensive interception for a COLTS TD!! Colts are up 31 -24 and we got our cover for now. FG's will be no good to the Jags and they will be forced to match a TD to tie b4 the game ends. We are looking good here with 5 minutes left in the game. Colts will sit on the ball if their D can hold off the Jags one more time. More later...

NFL Plays 4U will take 2 WINS on TNF. We got the OVER 43 & the Colts -6 and both plays covered. The Jaguars made it close and took it to the final seconds in the red zone but could not come up with a tie. We win 2 sides. I called that FREAK PLAY defensive interception for the Colts TD and that sealed the deal for us. Come back for Saturday nights play or plays. Wk 15. Sunday. GSNotes in play...Bills @ The Jets WIN!!

NFL Plays 4U will play the TOTAL OVER 41

I like the OVER 41. Nice number for these two teams. Jets are fighting for the playoffs and the Bills want to be competitive against a rival NJ teams. Bills will want to pick up there game play for some respect that they lost from there early season game play. They have lost several games that many though they should have won. We will take the OVER 41 in this game. More later...

What a half! We got 38 points towards our total. Just as I expected. Bills and Jets are playing competitive football to WIN this game. That adds up to points! We are well on our way to cover this game. This is a good game to be watching. You can bet that the 2nd half will be just as good. Favre will not let up and neither will the Bills. We will cover soon. More later...

NFL Plays 4U will take another WIN!! Bills & Jets are in the late 4 qtr and we have 58 TOTAL PTS and we needed 41 to cover. We will call it a WIN and be done with this game.!

WK 15. Saints @ The Bears

NFL Plays 4U will play the OVER 45

Saints @ Bears O/45 WIN!!

Here we go. Thursday Night Football. Another big game! We go to Chicago for this first game of Wk 15. I like these prime time games. They usually prove to be good games for the national audience. NFL Plays 4U will take the OVER 45. I like Dru Breese to out play Kyle Orton. They both played at Purdue U and they are good QBs. Breese is better and the Saints need this win to get back into the playoff hunt. Bears D is tough but the Saints will thread the needle with the pass and use Reggie Bush as the playmaker for the run & pass. He will even take the punt returns. Lets see how this game sets up. We should have some scoring in this game. More later...

Bears are up 21 - 7 here at the half. Bears have not had any serious drives. Points scored on a kick off return and a short drive and a Saints short field turnover. We are in this game. Saints will stay tough. Breese is a winner. We got 28 points and the Saints will play competitive FB. More later...

Sure enough. The Saints D have shut down the Bears. Breese is working the Bears D and has slow worked the run and the pass to catch up with the scoring. Bears are still up by 4 points. No cover yet but the Saints D is playing well. Just as I write this the Saints pick up a interception and are in great field position to score with 5 minutes left in the game. Breese has been on fire with 3rd down conversions. Saints score and take the lead. Breese hits Colston on 3rd and 7 for a TD and the Saints take the lead. Saints up 24 - 21 with 3 minutes in the game. More later...

Bears come up big with a nice drive but came up short on the TD. They did get the FG to tie and go to OT. Bears finally put a drive together when they needed it most. Bears win the toss and get he ball first. We got our total.

WK 14 MNF GSNotes...Bucs @ The Panthers WIN!!

NFL Plays 4U will play the OVER 39

Another big game for the Bucs & the Panthers. Both teams are playing for playoff positions. Both teams are tough with defense. But I like the big game MNF stage and I like the OVER 39. These teams will want to play the run and keep it a slow game but I believe that they will not be able to keep that pace. The run will be stopped at times and the pass will come into play. Too many play makers and the pass will be a part of this game. The scoring will go over the total. More later...

What a slow moving game at the half. Panthers are up 10 - 3. Game should pick up. Bucs will have to step it up to get into this game. Panthers will bust out the play makers. I still think that this will go over the total. More later...

Bucs went to the pass and scored a TD. They also hit a run for a score. Panthers have done the same with the play maker Smith. We got a game now. More later...

NFL Plays 4U will get the WIN with this game. 7 minutes left in the game and we have 48 total points. We will take it. Had a tough week 14. We will go at it again with the TNF game on Dec. 11. Hope to hear from you then.

What a game that this turned out to be. 2 minutes left in the game and it looks like the Panthers will win this game. Just as I thought, this game went to the playmakers on both sides of the ball. We are now at 60 points and there could be more. I am done with these notes for now. We got the WIN with the OVER the TOTAL of 39!! CYA 4 TNF!!

Thursday Week 14. Dec 4. Raiders @ The Chargers...

NFL Plays 4U will play the OVER 41.5 LOSS

This is and old AFC rivalry game. Raiders & the Chargers go way back in the early days the AFL. Lots of history between these 2 teams. And they hate each other. I expect this to be a good game and we should see enough scoring to cover the OVER 41.5. Chargers have taken a lot of heat from the fans in SD and they are feeling the pressure to pick up there game and start winning. Both have play poor football this season. Chargers are the better team but you cannot count on them to win. They have been a let down too many times. Lets take the OVER and see how this game sets up. More later...

AT the half we got a one sided game. I was hoping the Raiders would be able to help out with some points. You would think they would perform for some Raider pride. They have lost the last 10 games against the Chargers. But tonight, it does not matter to them. They are flat with no heart. Chargers are eating them up on the ground and the pass. It's not all bad. We got 27 points to help our total. We need 17 points to cover. It could be done. I would like to see the Raiders pick it up and give us all a game. Chargers are in a good position to start icing this game. Lots of run to kill the clock. Can you believe this. As I am writing this the Raiders just got a kick return for 90 something yards and scored 7 before HT. 10 seconds left in the half. We now have 34 points going into the half and will need a TD and a FG to cover. I like our total and we should be OK. Chargers will get us there. More later...

0 points scored in the 3rd qtr. Chargers have lost their drive to keep the ball and to stick it to the Raiders. The Raiders are worthless. They look horrible. Shameful team. Russell is out of the game and you would think that he could be no worse than the back up. Wrong! The back up QB is terrible too. We might not get the cover with this game play. Raiders are content to lose and I see nothing in them to try to win this game. More later...

NFL Plays 4U will have to take a loss on this game. Raiders are the worst team in the NFL. If they cannot get up to play the Chargers then then who else could they play to win. I thought they would have come to play and at least make it look like they wanted to beat the Chargers. We lose this one by a stinking half point. 34 1st half points and only 7 in the 2nd half. Raiders SUCK! We had the cover with the Sproles kick return for a TD but that got called back on a ridicules penalty that the umps got wrong. A push in the back that did not happen. Sunday Week 13. Nov 30, GSNotes & Games in play...

OVER 41 in the Bears / Vikings...WIN!!

Last meeting between these 2 teams the total went through the roof...and there was no roof at Soldier field. This time they will match up at the Vikings. Bears and Viks are rivalry teams. I suspect that they will come out swinging for a win. That will play for our side. Lets see how this game sets up. More later...

We have 24 points at the half. That is a good # to start off the 2nd half. Both teams are playing to win and I expect the Bears to come out and clean up their game and score and put the pressure on the Viks to do the same. Viks are up 17 -7 and more points will be scored. 3 TDs will get it done. We are in good shape. More later...

NFL Plays 4U took a WIN with the OVER 41. Bear and the QB Orton made several interceptions and the Vikings added the points needed for our play. 4 minutes left in the game and the Viks are up 34 - 14. More than enough to cover the O/41!

Sunday Week 13. Nov 30, GSNotes & Games in play.

I have 2 plays to start off the first set of games...

NFL Plays 4U has The Saints +4.5 & The Packers -3.

Saints +4.5 WIN! Packers -3 LOSS!

Both of these games are wet competitive games which are very close in scores. The Saints are tied at 20 late in the 4th qtr and the Packers are up 31 - 28 with 3 minutes left in the game. I will update final scores soon. We are looking good with our side in these 2 games. More later...

Sure enough Delhomne Scores a TD to take the lead 35 - 31 & we lose our cover. He hit another 50 yard bomb to Smith to set himself up for a 1 yard run. Packers have the ball with 1:30 minutes and the Packers could not get the counter score to help us out and for them to get the win at home.

We will take a win with the Saints. They cover our play but lose to the Bucs 23 - 20. We had the Saints with +4.5. We win this one. I will updates another game or two a little later.

Game in Play...Cardinals @ Eagles...

Cardinals +3 LOSS & OVER 46.5 WON! 3 WINS & 1 LOSS

I like both sides in this match up. McNabb had a tough week after being benched last week for poor performance against the Ravens. I suspect the he will come out and regain his confidence and skills to his coach and his team and to himself. This alone should score some points. I like the Cardinals to fire back after a loss to the Giants at home. Cardinals are very competitive and should also score points which will play into our OVER 46.5 side. Cards & Eagles should trade TDs and keep it close. Cards will not lay down and hopefully our side of +3.5 will keep us in the game. Lets see how this game sets up. More later...

Eagles and McNabb have come to play. Working the run and pass perfectly for the most part. Warner of the Cards has 2 interceptions. Eagles have stopped the run of the Cards and this alone will speed up the game with the play of the pass from the Cards. They will be forced to throw and they can do it. Eagles are up 21 - 0 with 3 Westbrook TDs. Look for the Cards to get back into this game. More later...

Cards started their come back with an all passing drive that got them 7 points. 3 minutes left in the half. We now have 28 points towards our total. Our OVER total is looking good. Our +3 side might be tough unless the Cards put up a big come back. Well see. More later...

We finish the half with 31 points. That is good. The TOP that the Eagles have going will kill us. The problem is that the Cards score quick and the Eagles will be a position to slow the game down and maintain the TOP. We will see. We are not out of this. Eagles only scored 3 pts to finish off the half. We should get the total done. Cards need to step it up on the D line and get some scores with the pass. If the D can stop the run of the Eagles, we got a shot with the +3. Cards will not lay down. More later...

Cards made some mistakes and it cost them. Bolden had the worst game that I have ever seen him play. He dropped at least 75% of the balls thrown to him. One of them in the 4th qtr cost him the game. Cards down 14 points and were on the move to work the 4 down plays for a score. Deep in their own field Bolden caught a pass and then fumbled. Eagles got the ball and then scored. That was the end of any chance the Cards had. We lose the +3 side but NFL Plays 4U will take a WIN with the OVER 46.5! We will finish our Thanksgiving Day NFL Football with 3 WINS & 1 LOSS. Thanks to you all who bought my service for today. We delivered today. I plan to deliver again on Sunday. Those who bought today's selections will get Sunday's free. Game in play...Seahawks @ Cowboys...

Cowboys -12 WON!

So far so good. What a great day to be with friends and family. Happy Thanks Giving! Our turkey is in the oven and it smells good. My honey is cooking up a storm and our guest and family will be arriving soon. I hope that all is well with your Thanks Giving Holliday. And on top of all of that, we get the American tradition of NFL football on this special day. Sometimes I wish that the NFL would mix it up with some other teams than just the Cowboys and the Lions. But, that's ok for today. We got the WIN in first game and we took the Titans -11. Titans killed the Lions just like I thought they would. We now have the Cowboys beating up on the Seahawks. Cowboys are up 24 - 3 with 6 minutes left in the 2nd qtr. 12 points is a big # to cover. We are well on our way for the cover but there is a lot of game to play. More later...

Cowboys are up 24 - 6. Great Cowboy defense is keeping the Seahawks out of the end zone. You would think that our play is safe but a Seahawk TD and we would lose our cover. I do not usually like to give up so many points. Seahawks are capable to throw TDs. I am counting on the Cowboys to continue to score and keep up on the hard hitting defense. Hasselbeck has been sacked at least 5 times and that will help our cause. I expect a Cowboy interception as the game goes on and Hasselbeck will be forced to step it up and make plays to catch up on the score. We are in good shape here at the half and I like our side of the Cowboys at -12. Do you want my Thursday night football picks? Email me and I will give them to you. More later...

NFL Plays 4U has another WIN. Our side with the Cowboys -12 is a winner. Cowboys defense did a great job of keeping the Seahawks out out the end zone. 3 FGs is all they could put together and the Cowboys more than covered the -12 points. Cowboys -12 is a WIN!

GSNotes and Game in Play...Titans @ Lions...Titans -11. WIN!!

Here we go. Happy Thanks Giving! Damn, that turkey smells good! My first game in play is the the Titans -11. Here we are at the half and our play is good with a Titans lead of 35 - 10. Titans are all over the Lions! Lions cannot move the ball for score against a tough bunch of defensive defenders of the Titans. Titans offense is simply over powering the Lions D. Titans working the run and pass superbly. Not much else to say. Lions did set themselves up with a Collins fumble that put them on the 2 yard line. They did score a TD right before the end of the 1st half. We will get the cover on this play. I cannot call it yet, anything could happen. Unless the Titans pull out some of the big players and let the Lions catch up, I do not see it happening. Well see. If you would like one of my 3 plays left. Just let me know. Lions are just over matched in every play that they come up with. The Titans are for real. They are a strong on the O & D lines. That is where it all begins. Strong running game and that Rookie RB Chris Johnson could be the ROY and also the MVP.

GSNotes & MNF Game in Play...Packers @ The Saints

NFL Plays 4U will play the OVER 51 in this match up. WIN!

Two high scoring teams match up tonight and they are both 5 & 5 so far this year. They will both play with everything they have to win this game. This should get us the OVER 51 for tonight's play. Let see how this game sets up. More later...

Just inside the 2nd qtr we have 28 pts towards our total. Both teams are moving the ball quickly. This will play well for our side. Just as I am writing this the Saints scored another TD for a total of 35 points with 8 minutes left in the 2nd qtr. We are well on are way for the cover. this should be a fun game to relax and watch. More later...

Well, believe or not, we have had a great qtr. We are at 45 total pts going into the 2nd half. 1 TD will get it done for us. These guys are exchanging scores at will. This is a easy game and enjoyable. I hope you will come back for Thanks Giving picks. I will have 2 or 3 games available. Whatever side I play they will all be sold for $25 Bucks'. NFL Plays4U got the cover with 7 minutes left in the 3rd qtr. Saints are up by 17 points and scored 2 2nd half TDs so far to get us the cover of OVER 51. 59 TOTAL so far. I am going to finish now. One more note, Saints just scored again. They score quick. I wanted to play the side of Saints -2.5. I did not. But it would have been nice. I have been burned by the Saints a few time this year. Saints are a great team to play. Dru Breese is a winner and will always compete to win. He will never lay down. We got the total and that is all that matters right now. Game total is at 66 points and just starting the 4th qtr. Saints are up by 24 points and the Packers will not be able to catch up. You all should give me a shot to be your guy. I like to play all of the good competitive games. I know, I play a lot of OVER's. But I win most of them. The OVER TOTAL side is the best play when played correctly. It is the most enjoyable way to have a play on a side. I only pick the good ones that have a good shot at winning. Keep that in mind when you consider my service. GSNotes & SNF Game in play...Colts @ The Chargers

Chargers -2.5! Loss & Colts / Chargers OVER 49 Loss

This could be a shoot out. I suspect that the Colts will want to control the tempo of this game. They are in the Chargers house and it will be loud. As long as the Chargers do not lay down. We should have a lot of scoring. Chargers need this game to stay in the playoff hunt. Broncos already lost to the Raiders and this is a good opportunity for the Chargers to gain a game in the standings. Colts want this game too to keep up in their division. Chargers D has not been great this year and has given up many points. Colts gave up 27 points last week to the 2nd string QB of the Texans. Good weather conditions in SD and let the scoring begin. I am going to play the Chargers -2.5. I also will take the OVER 49! Let see how this game sets up. More later...

Wk 12. Sunday game in play...Jets @ The Titans

I am play both sides...Jets +5.5 WIN! & OVER 40 WIN!

I believe that the Titans will lose this game. It will be their first of the season. Jets are are competitive team with Brett Favre as the QB. They will play tough football and will mix it up against the Titans. Lets see how this game sets up...

At the half the Jets are playing well and their defense is doing a good job on the Titans. We get 13 points for a total and will need a better performance out of both teams to hit 40. Jets have the lead 13 - 3.

NFL Plays 4U has hit another double with taking 2 side in the Jets & Titans game. Final score was Jets 34 and the Titans 13. We hit both sides with the Jets +5.5 and the OVER 40. Wk 12. Thursday Night Foot Ball...Bengals @ Steelers

GSNotes and the game in play is...OVER 34.5

5 TDs will get it done for us tonight. Steelers are without their starting cornerbacks and that should help the Bengals with the pass. Big Ben will hit some scores with the pass. The playing conditions are COLD. But not wet as of yet. I expect to see good game play because these two teams are rivals. Media has pumped it up a bit because of the hit that Hines Ward made on a Bengal last go around. He broke the guys jaw on a vicious block. He took some heat for that hit and it is said that the Bengals are out to get some revenge. Who knows, but it does make the Bengals play interesting and it should help the cause for the OVER if the Bengals bring their game to the Steelers house. Lets see how the game folds out. More later...

AT the half we got 17 total points. I would have liked 3 TDs. We still need some scoring. Hopefully this game will pick up a little. Bengals need to push the game a little faster. Make the Steelers play catch up. If the Steelers keep the time of possession up they will sit down and end this game. We definitely want the Bengals to score and pressure the Steelers. More later...

We need 8 more points to hit the OVER 34.5. A TD & FG will do it and we have 15 minutes to get it done. That is if the Bengals will pick it up. Bengals cannot get going. They were able to get the first score but have not helped the cause. More later...

With 2:30 minutes left in the 4th qtr Big Ben ran in a TD from 7 yards out. NFL Plays 4U has a WIN and got the OVER 34.5 with 37 total points. Steelers tried to sit and run the clock out but the Bengals are too weak to hold them back. Steelers got the win, 27 - 10. Are you ready for some action? Week 11 Monday Night Football...Game in Play

Browns +5 WIN! & Browns @ The Bills OVER 41 WIN!

I like these two plays tonight. The weather should not be an issue like it was in Pittsburgh yesterday. It will be cold, but not a sloppy mess with wet snow and mud. I like the way that the Browns score points and with Brady trying to impress and keep a starting job I suspect that he will perform tonight. On the other hand, the Bills have lost 3 straight and have let down their fans from their terrific 5 & 1 start. MNF at home and I suspect that Edwards will want to get back on track. I expect it to be competitive and that will get us the OVER 41. I like to take the points in these type of games. Browns could win out right or keep it close. +5 points is a nice # to have with this scenario. Lets see how this game sets up. More later at the half. Enjoy.

At the half and we got a good game and the Browns are up 13 - 10. We are in a good spot. Browns could be up even more if they had capitalized on the 3 1st qtr interceptions they got from Edwards of the Bills. He is lucky that not one of those ended with a Browns TD. They did get 2 FGs out of it. Bills came back and got some points and went with some wild cat plays that help mix it up and settle down Edwards. We got 23 points out of the 41 we need for the over. Both teams are being competitive which plays our sides well. Hang in there. MNF is the big stage for the NFL playmakers to perform. Look for some big plays from Winslow and Brylon Edwards of the Browns. More later...

Start off the 3rd qtr and we get a Browns 70 yard run for a TD. Then the Bills come right back with a 100 kick off return from the Bills. 14 points in less than 1 minute. We will take it. We have won our fist side with the OVER 41. Browns are up 23 - 20. We are in a good spot with +5. Hopefully the Browns maintain the lead and keep plucking away with small points or TDs. Browns are working the ball down and using the rookie Harrison who already scored the 70 yarder. They are going to score 3 more with a FG. We are up by 6 points and along with our +5 we are looking good here with 11 minutes in the game. Hopefully the Browns D does not self destruct like they did in their last 2 games. 5 points is a good # for us. More later...

NFL Plays 4U hits a double tonight. We got the Browns with +5 for a outright win over the Bills. Browns win 29 - 27. Good game and the Browns found a way to get the win when they almost gave it away. Cowboys @ The Redskins

GSNotes... and the Game in Play is The Cowboys -1 WIN!

Tonight's SNF game a very important one for the Cowboys. They lost once already this year and they are divisional teams. Romo is back and I am sure that they are happy about that. I look for the Cowboys to win this game at the Redskins house. If Cowboys are to have a playoff chance they must put some wins together and get it done tonight. Eagles tied their game with the Bengals and that will only fuel the winning fire for the Cowboys. They are behind in the standings and they must make up some ground. More later...

We have got a good tight game here at the half. 2 turnovers hurt the Cowboys and possibly stopped some scores. 10 - 7 and the Redskins have the lead going into the 3rd qtr. We are in good shape. Romo looks good and can throw the ball. Maybe the Cowboys will get a turnover or two and get some points. Handicapping has been tough this year. Teams do all they can not to report the truth about injuries and who is playing or not. I capped this game with Portis being out of the game tonight. Sure enough, he is playing and he looks to be in good shape and that could be the difference in this game. This is not the first time that I have been burned on injury report for a play maker in a big game. Lets see what happens. More later with the end of the game.

NFL Plays 4U will get the WIN for this game. Marion Barber gets the game ball for hammering the run and consuming the final 7 minutes over 70 yards to ice the game for the Cowboys. A gutsy performance sealed the deal. Especially a run on a 4 & 2 play from the 20 yard line instead of a FG. I would have kicked it but the Cowboys went to Barber and he got the first down. Week 11. Thursday Night FB...Jets @ Patriots

GSNOTES...Game in play...Jets +3 WIN! & OVER 40.5 WIN!

Tonight I am playing 2 sides again like I did with last weeks Colts / Steelers game. I like the underdog Jets with 3 points. I also like the OVER @ 40.5. This game was supposed to be a wet, raining and a windy game as I was studying this match up over the last few days. If that was the case I would have played the UNDER which was at 42.5. The line came down and the rain & wind did not happen. Go figure! It is still forecasted to rain but it looked pretty good at the kick off. With clean weather conditions we have a good shot to cover both of these plays. Both teams will be competitive to score the points we need. Favre vs. Cassel? I like Brett Favre to have a big game against the Pats along with the points. This is a rivalry game and the Jets want this game big. They want to beat the Patriots in their house with their top gun Favre. Lets see how this game sets up. More later...

So far so good. Favre and the Jets have come to the Patriots to win. Jets D has been tough on the Pats and have held them to 2 FG's and a TD at the end of the half. Jets are playing very well and I suspect that they will continue to keep rolling through this game. The pressure is on both teams to score more points. Pats are behind at home and the Jets have a 11 point lead and they know that the Pats will be aggressive to get the win. Look for a Cassel mistake! He is going to throw a interception! Then again, Favre could throw one too. We will get the OVER for sure. Favre is a winner! Jets will want to maintain their lead with some comfort. Jets D will need to stay tough and get it done. We are looking good. Jets 24 - Patriots 13. More later...

Jets let the Patriots back in the game and they tie up the score at 24 - 24. Patriots could have done some big damage to the Jets but they made a few mistake and could not continue on with a few good drives and had to kick some punts. Jets could not score in the 3rd qtr and finally came up with a nice long drive to score 7 and take the lead. Patriots had one final drive to tie it at 31 and unbelievably, they did just that. With 8 seconds left in the game Cassel scrambles to his right to hit Moss in the endzone for a TD. That TD went to review and it was ruled good. Jets go into a huge prevent defense and let the Patriots back in the game. Tie game and we go to OT.

Jets win the OT toss. Favre works his first set of downs and gets sacked. Does not look good. But with 3rd and 16 he hooks up a pass for a first down and then from there the Jets work the field all the way down to line up a 35 yard FG to win the game 34 - 31. NFL Plays 4U starts off week 11 with 2 winning plays. We got the Jets +3 and also the OVER 40.5. Nice way to start off the week. Sunday's plays will be ready late Saturday night. MNF Game in play...Cardinals -9.5 Loss

I like the Cardinals tonight. 49er's are in the rebuilding mode now with their new coach Mike Singletary. 49er's are playing a inexperienced QB tonight against Kurt Warner who is at home. Warner has some huge #'s this year with plenty of receivers to make the plays. Cards are one of the top scoring teams in the NFL and that should prove to help out with the side of -9.5. 49er's have too many unknowns at this point. They will be a much more disciplined team going forward. But for tonight I think that they are over matched to keep up with Warner and the Cardinals. Lets see how this game plays out.

49er's hit a kick off return for 104 yards to start the game. Nice. That gives themselves a spark to start this game on a good note. Cards come right back and almost scored a TD but settled for a FG. 49er's next drive went dry and they punted back to the Cards. I know that a part of the 49er's game plan was to try to keep the ball with the run with Gore. That might change if they have to play "catch up" with Warner. If it does happen I would expect some 49er QB mistakes that the Cards could maybe capitalize on with some points. Lets see what happens. More later...

49ers are up 21 - 13. They are playing inspired football for coach Singletary. I guess he got their attention after the loss of their last game with the Seahawks. That is good for them but not for our play. Hang in there. We got a lot of game left and the Cardinals score fast. 49ers are playing slow and the Cards can stop them. Cards get the ball first to start the 3rd qtr. More later...

And just as I thought...3:30 minutes into the 3rd qtr and Warner throws a short pass from the 5 yard line on 4th & 1 for a quick TD. We are in this game and there is a lot of play time left. Cardinals must shut down the 49ers. They play slowwwww. More later...

Well, cover is not there. 49ers played a great game. Defense was tough on the Cards. We did get 2 TD inception returns but were called back for penalties. We would have covered if they were clean inceptions. D line were offside's both times and it killed us. I did figure that the 49er QB would make some mistakes and he did. Cards actually had a chance to put this game away with a 5 pt lead only to give the ball back because they could not get a first down. Lot of credit to the 49ers. They come back and try to win the game in the final minute but come up just short of scoring a TD. Great game for the 49ers and I would say that they are back and a team to watch with the coaching of Singletary. Unfortunate for us we lose this one. We will get the next one. CYA Thursday.

SNF game in play...Giants +3 WIN!

This should be a very good game. I like the over in this game too but I will only play the side with the Giants +3. This game is a tough game to pick. Eagles are just as good as the Giants. I like the Giants pass rush and I think that will be a + for them. Let see how the game sets up. More later...

Giants have come to play. They gave up a early pick and the Eagles ran the stray cat play, or the alley cat play, or what ever the hell they call that play, with Desean Jackson for the first score. The Giants got the ball back and took it all the way down for a TD. Giants kick the ball back only to have the Eagles fumble on the return and the Giants made good on it and scored to go up 14 - 7. The rest of the qtr was all Giants. 2nd qtr, Giants maintain control until Jacobs fumbled and that set up Mc Nab for a score. We got some points going on here. Giants need to get back to controlling the game without turnovers. If they do that then we have a good shot with the +3 side. Giants and Manning are playing better than the Eagles and have had much better possessions time. Control it and keep the possessions on the field and we stand a very good chance to win our side. If Manning and company start turning over the ball then that is a whole new ball game. Just as I am writing Mc Nab throws a interception and sets up the Giants for a score before the half. Giants are up 20 - 14 and our play looks real good. More later...

The Eagles work the 2 minute drill for 3 points and end the half with the Giants up 20 - 17. More later...

This turned out to be a great game just as I expected. The lead changed hands a few different times but at the end the Giants came out on top with a 36 - 31 win over the Eagles. Our side of +3 holds up with a outright Giants win. I will be back here for MNF.

Colts +4.5 WIN!

Colts / Steelers O/39 Win!

Steelers score first and get 7 points. Colts come right back on their first drive and match the score with a TD of their own. This game is fast and completive. Perfect for our play. Steelers at home and have the lead for the first half. We got 24 points going into the 2 minute drill and hopefully we will get a few more. Big Ben and Peyton Manning are the best for our game play. They put the pressure on each other to out do one another and win for their team. Our plays are good here. I like the OVER to work out for us and lets watch Manning work all of his weapons to get back into this game and make it close to the end. Wait a minute...Steelers and Big Ben make a HUGE mistake. He throws a interception and the Colts pick it off with 1:20 minutes left in the half on the Steelers 30 yard line. Colts work it to the 9 and have 1st & goal with :28 seconds. Colts score a TD. Manning to Clark. This will finish the half and we are looking good with 31 pts at HT. Peyton Manning will not lay down. We are in this game until the end. Hang in there. More later...

Ben made the mistake and gave up 2 critical interceptions and the Colts capitalized on both of them. We got a double out of this game. We got SNF coming up next. Email me if you want my play.

Packers / Vikings O/44 Win!

The Saints +1 Loss!

We are in both games. At the half the Saints are down by 11 points but I suspect that Breese will step it up and compete hard with the Falcons. Falcons are very tough and has been a nice surprise to many who cover the NFL. They are for real. I like the Saints in this spot. They will come out hard with the defense so that Breese can get a shot to win this game.

We have 24 points at the half with the Packers / Vikings. I feel good about getting 3 more TDs b4 this game ends. Both teams are competing hard for the win. Neither one is going to lay down. This is good for our play for our OVER side of 44.

4 & a half minutes into the 3rd qtr Gus hooks up with Chandler for a short pass and he goes 47 yards for the TD. Plenty of time left in this game to cover. Rogers will be competitive to try to catch up for the win. More later...

We got our cover with the Packers / Vikings game. 2 defensive freak plays took us over the 44 mark. A punt return for a TD and also a interception for a TD got it done for us. That's a win for this game.

Saints could not get it done for us. Hats off to the Falcons who played the Saints very tough. I had the wrong side and the Falcons got the win at home. Falcons DBs get the game ball on this one. They were all all over the Saints receivers and knocked down several pass attempts by Breese. And to finish it off the Falcons pick off a pass and ran it back 95 yards for another score. This is a loss for us.

Thursday Night Football...Broncos @ The Browns

Game in Play...

NFL Plays 4U will take the OVER 46 in tonight's game. WIN!

So far so good. We are at HT and we have 30 points. Browns started Brady Quinn and he is having a good game. Him and Winslow have paired up for 2 TDs. Broncos are out of running backs and will have to pass to keep up or win this game. Our play looks good at this point. The pressure is on to score more points because the Browns know that the Broncos can pass for points. More later...

We got the OVER 46 and our 1st win for Week 10.

Broncos came back BIG with the pass and got us some points to help with the cover. When you cannot run the ball you must give it all to the pass and the Broncos hooked up on some major yards. Both teams traded scores and lead positions. The Broncos came out on top and the Browns are in disbelief. They had as much as a 13 point lead and let it go. Too bad. Brady Quinn had a terrific night for his first start. But we had the right side and WON with the OVER 46! Enough said. Hope to hear from you soon. Let me know if you have any questions. GSNotes for MNF. Steelers @ Redskins...OVER 36.5

Well I like the OVER again in this game. I know, Redskins like to control the clock with the run and they have done well with that. They have a few key DBs that are not playing and that should help the Steelers pass attack. Steelers play well on MNF and it has been more than 2 years since the Redskins have been on the MNF big screen. I suspect that they will want to show the home fans a good game. Both teams are competitive to win games and that only helps the cause. Lets what happens here. More later...

Steelers tried to open the game with a on side kick and failed. Skins got the ball with great field position. Steelers tried to be aggressive and that is good. Skins hit a FG with 13 minutes left in the first qtr. This is good. Steelers will get the ball back hopefully continue their aggressive game plan. Looks like both teams will be aggressive in stopping the run. Big Ben is forced to throw and has his pass tipped and intercepted by a lineman. Skins have great field position again. Another FG with 11 minutes left in the 1st qtr. Looks like the defenses are playing very tough and motivated to stop the run & pass. We got a quick 6 points. Big Ben is a winner and he will score TDs. More later...

Defense is on fire tonight. We could get a freak play tonight. Some sort of defensive score or maybe even a special team score. Well see. Big Ben could not get his 4 down plays going and had to punt. Skins got a nice run with portis and again, they have great field position. Still 6 minutes in the 1st qtr. Campbell could not finish his 4 down plays either and had to punt. One of these 2 teams will bust out of this rut and get going. I will be back at the half...

Punts...back and forth. Neither team can get the 4 down plays to move the markers. We did get the freak played. I thought that this type of play could happen. It did not score but it did give the Steelers great field position on the Skins 15 yard line. Steelers scored the 7 points to help the cause b4 HT. We got 16 points for the half. Hopefully this game will pick up after HT. I would have like to have had at least one more TD at this point. Now they are talking that Ben might have hurt his throwing hand from a earlier play in the game. Hey Ben! Put some ice on it and then rub some dirt on it and get back and score some TDs! Big Ben is a tough guy. He will be back and finish this game. We need 3 TD's to finish this game. More later...

Now they say that Big Ben might not come back into the game. We will have to go with Leftwich. This could be trouble for us. We need a faster paced game. Not a slow one. Skins are down 10 - 6. Skins will want a TD. Lets hope they get one. Hopefully they chase each other with TD's. There is still a chance for another freak play with a new Steeler QB who has little play time this year. Maybe Skins take a interception back to the house. Remember, Campbell has not been intercepted this year. He is due for one and maybe we get one that goes back to the other house. More later...

Leftwich played well for the cause. The Steeler defense gets the game ball. Campbell could not come up with any points to help us out. He missed a great opportunity for a score from the 1 yard line. He did not go with the for sure back Portis and instead tried a PA pass that got knock down. Easy to 2nd guess that. But, if they had let Portis leap over the top that would have been a better play. We lose this one. We just did not get any help from the home team Redskins.

NFL Plays 4U is 4 & 2 going into SNF

GSN in play now is SNF. Patriots @ Colts. OVER /44

Here we go. I like the O/44 in this game. Colts coming off the loss to the Titans and they are back at home. Peyton Manning is a better QB than what he has shown so far this season. He let his team down last week with some turnovers and some selfish game play. He is known for his famous 4th and short yardage plays and he got bit 2 times last week to help his team lose that game. I suspect that he will not want to lose at home and he has got Adai back for some run support. Patriots should come in and play tough. They always do. Two big AFC point scorers should take this game into the OVER total of 44. We will see. The game must be competitive and both teams need to score. 44 points? We need 6 TDs and a FG. Maybe a couple of turnovers could help set up some points going both ways. Colts get Sanders back and he could knock a ball loose. Manning and Cassel could give up a interception. Both teams could give up the long bomb plays for points. Moss on one side and Harrison and Wayne on the other. We should get some points here as long as they come to play tough football with the will to win. More later...

Slow, conservative plays, & clock consuming drives is not going to get it done for us. Manning will need to open up and start throwing the ball and score TDs for us to have a chance. He is behind right now at 12 - 7. He will score but the question is how quick. 7 minutes left in the 3rd qtr and there is a chance. but only if the game speed picks up. More later...

We lost this one. Slow clock consuming game did us in. Looks like the game plan was to not have a shoot out. I suspect that Cassel has a small playbook for his inexperience. 2 plays hurt us. One was a dropped bomb of a pass to a unknown Patriot receiver that was for sure a TD. Another was a senseless personal foul penalty that cost the Patriots a first down and stopped their drive. That did them in and the Colts sat on the ball to empty the time clock for the win. We will get them tomorrow night. Email me if you want the MNF play.

So we finish the mid afternoon games with a split. Giants came through big for us and put up the points to get us the OVER. Eagles did their part but the Seahawks did not. I really expected them to come out and play hard and give the Eagles a run for their money. Seahawks at home? Coming off that big win in SF last week where they scored 34 of their own points. They started off well with 7 pts but that was all they could put together and were absolutely no help for us with the play of the OVER. And the packers are leading by 3 and have a total of 23. We look good at this point and the Jets just scored again here with 9 minutes left in the 3rd qtr. Jets up 16 - 7. Both of these games should go back and forth. Lets see what happens here. More later...

We went 3 & 1 with the first set of games. We came up short on points to cover the OVER of the Packers / Titans game. But we did cover with the points. Packers took care of us with both side that we played. Jets win 36 - 17 which gives us the side and total. Si here we go into the mid afternoon set of games and we will try to continue on with some winning plays.

Game Speed Notes...Wk 8 MNF Game in play...Colts @ Titans

Tonight I am playing 2 sides. Colts +4 & the OVER 40

Colts will not want to lose this one. If they want a shot at the playoffs this is a must win to keep up in the standings with the Titans. The only chance they have to win is with the pass. Hopefully they will score quick and force the Titans to move away from the run and onto the pass. Of coarse the Titans will want to control the tempo with the run and they very well can do that. MNF should be able to cover the OVER. These guys are always pumped up for the big nationally televised games & more often than not, if the total is played correctly, the OVER is reached. Manning will have to be on fire with his game plan. If he does not turn over the ball on interceptions we should be in this game with the +4. Are the Titans over rated? Some say so. They are very good with the run and with stopping the run. Haynesworth is a huge monster of a man who will be going after Manning. He took out both of the Chiefs QB's last week. The Colts OL will have their hands full with this guy. Hopefully Dungy has put a game plan on him to give Manning a shot with the pass. Lets see what happens. more later...

13 1st half points is not good. Colts start off the 2nd half with a quick drive for a score and we are at 20 points with 11 minutes in the 3rd qtr. This is what we want. 7 point spreads that will force the Titans to work their 4 down plays faster for scoring drives. Lets hope that this turns into more of a shoot out. The Colts did work the run to set the PA pass and that takes more time. I am sure they will continue that as long as it works. We need 3 more TDs and we cover. More later...

Titans come back with a TD and a 2 point conversion to tie the score at 14 - 14. We are in a good spot here. We need 2 TDs now with more than a full qtr left in the game. You know that Manning is going to counter and they will try to trade points as long as the Colts have the lead. If the Titans have the lead the game will slow down. More later...

We got the OVER and that is good. Manning gave up a few interceptions and that set up the Titans to score and also widen the spread. He tried the come back and did score 7 but did not get the onside to go after another 7. We needed that for the side and it did not happen. Titans are tough but the Colts gave them a good game. Titans were force to play the passing game to keep up with the points. I thought that would happen and that did get us the OVER. CYA next week. We will go at NFL Week 9 with some winning plays.
